Ramona Marks
Ramona has over 25 years of manufacturing and service experience. She has held the positions of Metrology Manager, Quality Engineer, Quality Inspector, Metrology Technician and Calibration Technician within small to large public and privately held companies.

Ramona’s manufacturing experience has focused on the development and implementation of calibration programs compliant and/or registered to MIL STD 45662A, QS 9000, ISO 9001 or ISO 17025. Her product expertise includes Automotive; Air Filtration; Plumbing Fixtures; Consumer Goods; Pool and Spa; and Industrial Products.

Ramona has recommended, developed and taught metrology classes and served as a math tutor at Central Carolina Community College. Ramona participated in the development of the new job descriptions for metrology professionals sponsored by the Measurement Quality Division of ASQ. In addition, she has developed a wide variety of training classes for ASQ certifications, basic blue print reading, shop math, and gage usage.

Ramona’s current ASQ certifications include the CQT and CMI (now the CQI). She has held the CQE and most recently the CCT (certificate number 116).

Ramona is a member of the American Society for Quality and the Society of Plastics Engineers.

Donnie Worley
Donnie has over 15 years of manufacturing and service experience. He has held the positions of Assistant Plant Manager, Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, Value Stream Engineer, Quality Inspector, and Lab Technician within medium public and privately held companies.

Donnie’s manufacturing experience has focused on managing product lifecycle activities; determining product acceptance criteria and support systems; managing internal resources and personnel; and developing and managing quality systems compliant and/or registered to QS 9000, ISO 9002, ISO 9001, and ISO/TS 16949. His product expertise includes Automotive; Appliance; Power Tool; Lawn and Garden Equipment; Consumer Goods; Pool and Spa; and Industrial Products.

Donnie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from the College of Engineering at Tennessee Technological University. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt from North Carolina State University and has continued studies in Lean Manufacturing, Business Management, Quality Management Systems, and Technical Leadership.

Donnie is a senior member of the American Society for Quality, Member of the Society of Plastics Engineers, Member of the Welding and Joining Society, and has a biography included in Marquis Who’s Who in America.
